Semi-automated process Our flatbed applicators are easy to use, no special training is required. Compared to conventional methods the CWT Flatbed Applicator is up to 85% faster, with perfect control and result.

Electronic settings means that you can work at a higher speed and with consistent quality output and less strain on your body. The Evolution Electric series machines are equipped with a 7-step electronic roller pressure setting for media with thickness 0-100mm (0-4in.). EVO HOT Heat assisted roller for a faster lamination process. Heat setting between 30–60°C (86–140°F). Combine with Evo Drive for optimized functionallity and quality controlled process. EVO DRIVE Ergonomic option that grants for consistent mounting and lamination speed and quality. You can work at a higher speed and with consistent quality output and less strain on your body. The motorized gantry is controlled by a handy remote control giving you the freedom of working from any position. Combine with Evo Hot for optimized functionallity and quality controlled process. Speed setting 1–9m/min (3ft.–30ft./min).
